Wilson Rich & Associates to join Statucor in the Cape

BDO announced today that Wilson Rich & Associates, the largest independent company secretarial practice in Cape Town, is to join the firm with effect from 1 February 2012. Wilson Rich & Associates offers all services in respect of corporate governance including the formation of companies, share transfers, director changes, minute taking, and application of King III, gap analysis in terms of the Companies Act 2008 and daily company secretarial compliance on an outsourced basis.
