Shantel Dartnall Cert.Dir™

Shantel joined Statucor in June 2014 as an Associate Director. She specialises in assisting listed and unlisted companies to comply with the new Companies Act 2008 and King IV guidelines implementing best governance stuctures within these companies. Shantel further provides directors training and assists with board evaluations, management of meetings for board and sub-committees and performs governance audits.

Prior to joining Statucor in 2014, Shantel was an Institutional and Private Clients Manager at a Wealth Management Firm specialising in Corporate Secretarial Services where she head up the Corporate Secretarial Division.

Shantel spent the past 10 years in the Corporate Governance industry and 6 years thereof heading up Corporate Secretarial Divisions.

Shantel started her career at an Audit Firm in 2004 and was promoted to Head up the Corporate Secretarial Division in 2009.
