Heemal Bhaga Muljee

Heemal is Head of Audit at BDO South Africa. He has been with BDO since articles, after which he completed a secondment to BDO’s USA firm in 2005. Upon his return from secondment, he was promoted to an audit manager and at the beginning of 2009 he was appointed as an audit partner.

Heemal has assisted in the successful listing of Delta Property Fund Limited on the main board of the JSE. Heemal was appointed as the audit partner of the company at inception and assisted them through the listing process, providing guidance and assisting with the pre-listing process.

He is a Chartered Accountant of South Africa and Registered Auditor. Away from the office, Heemal loves watching and playing sport, listening to music and socialising with friends.
